Domain charges
Domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once submitted to or completed by the registry because they are purchased specifically for you.
Active service periods
Hosting fees for a started billing period are normally non-refundable. We will consider documented duplicate charges, technical failures attributable to us, and legal consumer rights.
How to request review
Contact support with your order reference, payment reference, reason, and preferred contact details. Do not publish payment credentials or passwords.
