Lemon Hosting provides managed business-email hosting, domain-registration assistance, and related account management. Service activation depends on confirmed payment, successful domain setup, and acceptable use.
2. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate registration details, protect account credentials, and ensure all users follow these terms. You remain responsible for messages and content sent through your accounts.
3. Availability and setup
Mailbox setup starts after all required confirmations. DNS and domain propagation can take up to 12 hours and may depend on third-party registries or networks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
4. Billing and renewal
Charges follow the billing period selected at checkout. Domain registration and renewal are separate from email-hosting fees. Renewal dates are shown in your dashboard.
5. Suspension and termination
We may restrict services for overdue payment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or material breach. Contact support promptly if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lemon Hosting is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party infrastructure. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
